HTFFSP Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing and using HTFFSP’s online platform (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
   HTFFSP provides an online platform for re-entry clients, corrections facilities, peer navigators, and other community service providers and recipients to manage and share resources (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). The Service includes features for documenting and verifying key information and support services for individuals and organizations working within these communities.
3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

1. Intellectual Property
   All content on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HTFFSP or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
   You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the App without the express written consent of HTFFSP.
2. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App.
• By uploading content, you grant HTFFSP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

2. Payment and Subscription
   Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time payment. By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to our pricing and payment terms.

   HTFFSP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, HTFFSP, or third parties, or for any other reason.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
   HTFFSP does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall HTFFSP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if HTFFSP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
   HTFFSP’s total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose.
6. Changes to Terms
   HTFFSP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HTFFSP operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
