In 1990, Jesse Miller pursued her passion for radio by enrolling in the National Broadcast School of Seattle, where she earned a Certificate in Radio Broadcasting within a year. Concurrently, she attended Tacoma Community College, earning an Associate degree in Office Occupations by 1994. Balancing both programs, Jesse honed her technical broadcasting skills while gaining valuable administrative expertise, preparing her for a versatile career in the radio industry.

Her career took a pivotal turn when she joined Felony Entertainment, where she played a key role in putting together captivating tracks. This experience deepened her connection with the hip-hop community and marked a significant milestone in her professional journey.
